Four Leaves Digital is a performance marketing agency operating in the UAE with clients in London and international markets. We specialize in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website development.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to work directly with the owner and support daily operations across clients and internal processes.
This is a full-time position. We will not entertain candidates who already hold another full-time or part-time job. Full commitment is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Management – Champion the owner’s inbox, flag urgent matters, and organize emails efficiently. Should be very familiar with Outlook.
2. Manage Owner’s Schedule – Optimize owner’s schedule and slot in tasks on priority basis
3. Organization & File Management – Maintain admin folders, billing files, and internal documents to ensure everything is structured and accessible.
4. Notion Task Management – Update tasks, add new tasks with proper tagging and assignment, and ensure follow-ups are tracked properly.
5. Meeting & Call Support – Attend calls, take detailed notes (using AI tools as support), convert discussions into actionable tasks, and assign them in Notion.
6. Finance Coordination – Coordinate with accounting, prepare statements of account, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
7. Client Contract Drafting – Draft client contracts using our existing process and templates. You will prepare the contract based on agreed terms, and the owner will conduct the final review before sending it to clients.
