Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and smooth project execution. You will collaborate closely with the internal team to create media plans, manage tasks, and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
– Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive media plans tailored to client needs.
– Provide creative suggestions and guidance to clients for ad creatives to align with campaign objectives.
– Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
– Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress using project management tools.
– Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients.
– Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team to address feedback and resolve issues promptly.
– Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency environment or a similar role.
– Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
– Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organisational and project management abilities.
– Creativity and an eye for detail when suggesting ad designs and content.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software.
– Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
